TRX Functional Training

The TRX suspension training system is one of the newest and most effective training concepts in the world. The training system develops flexibility, strength, endurance, especially stability and deep musculature. Joint stability and mobility, posture also improve, and injury risk is reduced. During training, your own body weight is used as "resistance". Even when performing very simple exercises, body posture and stability must be maintained, which in turn engages the deep musculature, making the training particularly effective. TRX is very popular in the USA and worldwide, the training system is used for high-level athletes, sports teams, military training, physiotherapy, as well as group classes and personal training in fitness clubs.
In our hospital's Rehabilitation Department, individual and group (max 4 people) TRX classes are taught by four physiotherapists who are certified TRX instructors.
