Circuit Training

First group circuit training at Sigulda Hospital's rehabilitation department on Mondays 18:30-19:20.
The first group session is on October 10.
Circuit training is a high-intensity training method consisting of strength and aerobic exercises. One circuit comprises several exercises targeting different body parts, performed one after another. Each exercise is done for a specific time interval. All muscle groups of the body are engaged during one session. This method is suitable for both beginners and trained individuals. The training lasts 50 minutes.
Circuit training is unique because it includes:
POWER PLATE – uniform cyclic acceleration absorbed by the human body, triggering a contraction reflex that makes muscles contract at a rate of 25-50 times/sec., thus a 25-30 min. training is sufficient to achieve results.
TRX – a suspension system that works with body weight, an effective component of functional training.
Posturomed - a balance and coordination trainer.
Treadmill – an aerobic trainer that allows precise dosing and control of workload, and more.
